Offer/Coupon Policy

    Any offer can’t be clubbed with any other promotion/offers/discounts for the same order number.
  1. Order should qualify for free shipping only when the basic order value (excluding taxes & any other charges) is greater than the minimum order value as per offer.
  2. Any Dispute will be cleared as per the sole discretion of the management

Cancellation Policy


We value your patronage and aim for a smooth shopping experience. Once an order is processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled. However, if circumstances lead to cancellations before dispatch, customers can opt for a refund, with the amount processed after deducting any third-party payment gateway fees.

Alternatively, we offer the option for customers to receive a coupon or credit points equivalent to the refunded amount. This provides the flexibility to use the credit for future orders at their convenience. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter. Shipping Policy

General Shipping Rules

  1. All orders placed post 12:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you as per given timelines.
  2. Any order placed/ booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 12:00 pm will be automatically process for dispatch on Monday or on Next Working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or on any Government Holiday hence we have restricted dispatch timelines due to limited shelf life of our products.
  3. Orders booked during any festival month, might be delay in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to serval reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
  4. Shipping Details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be sole responsibility of customers only.
  5. In case of, tampered/damaged or any suspicious mishandling of the parcel before receiving/final delivery, either kindly don’t accept the order or if accepted then leave the required remarks on the POD (Proof of Delivery) before signing of the parcel. Also, make a video/ & proof of the unboxing the parcel in any of the above circumstances, so necessary action can be taken against the said shipping partner.
