Malpua is a famous delight sweet during festivals and special
occassions. For example, in South Indian cuisine, lots of coconuts
are added to the batter as it’s found in abundance. While the
North Indians like to eat their malpuas with lots of khoya or mawa.
It is made in desi ghee.
