in the Indian Subcontinent. It is also referred
as Mathri sometimes in some parts of Punjab
and Uttar Pradesh. Bhagat Mishthan Bhandar's
sankhiya is ribbon-like strips of pastry delicately
seasoned with ajwain and cumin seeds.
